From broodstock to harvest size fish produced in Hanstholm in the northwestern part of Denmark,

Yellowtail kingfish has the latin name Seriola Lalandi. In Japan it is called Hiramasa and it is also known as yellowtail amberjack and great amberjack.

Our hatchery close to the beautiful Limfjord and our growout facility at the shores of Skagarak in Hanstholm gives us the perfect locations for producing the perfect fish for many types of meals.

All production is landbased in recirculated aquaculture systems (RAS) which ensures the best conditions for the fish with the least impact on the environment
